Change over day

Saturday is the preferred change over day, although this is fully flexible if bookings allow. For the purposes of cleaning, tenant's may not be able to enter the apartment before 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and may have to leave on the day of departure by 11.00a.m. This is also flexible if bookings allow. Bed Linen and towels supplied. These are laundered at the end of the rental period - please bring own pool/beach towels.

Booking Notes/Deposit

Payment is requested in Sterling. There is a 30% deposit required within15 days of booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. There is a refundable damages deposit of £100 refunded within 2 weeks of departure or collected from the agent upon receipt of keys. Breakages or damages to the apartment must be replaced or notified to us by the Departure Date.

Cancellation pollicy

Cancellation less than 6 weeks before scheduled date of arrival will result in 25% loss of deposit. Less than 4 weeks will result in complete loss
